If you’re after that romantic float-down-the-aisle feeling but with a modern sparkle, this pretty preloved MoriLee gown is right up your street (or should that be your aisle?).

It has an illusion bodice scattered with lace appliqués, subtle diamantes and delicate beading – a bit like Tinkerbell's classy sister got hold of the design brief. The illusion back fastens with a line of covered buttons for that timeless, elegant finish.

The skirt is a full sweep of dreamy layered tulle. For taller or average-height brides, it gives you that striking high-low hem effect, showing off your shoes in a very “I know what I’m doing” way. For petite brides (5ft 3 and under), it’s full floor length for classic princess vibes.

A note for the detail detectives: there’s a small pull in the tulle at the upper bodice centre front. You’ll see it in the photos because my dummy is black. On real skin it blends right in – it just won’t show in the same way.
